Shri Dhirubhai has developed plenty of different models in water pump segment. Out of that V-6 Borewell Series for agriculture is the most preferred range in all over India. From years, including so called big brand manufacturers of V-6 pumps, were employing casting bowl-sets in their pumps, which has mere 7.5 Mts (25) duty point head. Since last 50 years there were no upgradation happened, and the pumpsets were containing the same duty point head since long.
Shri Dhirubhai, with his outstanding engineering expertise has developed first time in India a Bowl set made with 100% Stainless Steel 304 Grade Investment Casting. The same material which has been used in built up of precession parts of Ships/vessels, high end chemical valves etc., The genuine high grade Stainless Steel metal employed in normal agriculture pumpset by Falcon Pumps, has started a complete new era in the Indian Submersible Pump Industry. At Falcon, the miracles started by achieving almost double of the duty point head (50 ft duty point Head replacing of 25ft duty point Head earlier) with S. S. 304 Bowls. The story yet not ended, the efficiency of the pumpsets has been improved by additional 25%-30% approx. Along with that the total size of the pumpsets also reduced by 50%-60% on an average.
The new efficient technology has proven potential of saving valuable electricity by 25% or even more. Further, in other words it results in massive saving of all precious metal, a fuel required to generate the electricity (Eg Coal and etc.) and also the human energy utilized from manufacturing to installation the unit.
